Q. Can you train me at my gym?

A. We can train you at your home gym, where we come to you, but not at the chain named gyms since it's not allowed by them.

Q. I don't have a gym membership, can you still train me?

A. Yes, we can still train you at our TRAINING FACILITY .  

Q. If I want to do group training, do I have to bring someone to join with me to be considered a group?

A. No, all you need to do is purchase your group training sessions and we add you to the group time(s) agreed upon with an existing group.

Q. What times and days are the group training sessions held?

A. CONTACT US FOR TRAINING GROUP DAYS AND TIMES.

Q. Do I have to train all the 4 group training days?

A. You can group train one day, two days, three days or all four days.

Q. Are the group training sessions like a group class where everyone performs the same exercises?

A. Although you are training in a group setting, your exercises are individualized for you to meet your goals.

Q. How does group training differ from one-on-one training?

A. The difference is that in group training your coach's attention is on multiple people;  and with one-on-one training, you have your coach's undivided attention.
